ARTEMIDE table lamp NESSINO SPECIAL EDITION

By Artemide a great classical still actual. Nessino has been designed in 1967 by Giancarlo Mattioli, "New Town Urbanists Group". The iconic table lamp is the result of a contest launched by Domus and perfectly embodies the innovating spirit and nonconformist of the sixteen's. The ample diffuser umbrella shaped and the base are realized in ABS resin in the colors white or orange, injection modeled in chromed molded. The general effect is an elegant form amusing and familiar. The light, assured by four hidden light bulbs, allows a direct and diffused illumination thanks to the screening effect of the plastic material. With its great success, Nessino belongs to the permanent collection of the MoMa of New York. A cult of the great season of the design, chosen to represent the Italian creativeness in the United States.
