Fontana Arte is a lighting and furnishings company founded by Luigi Fontana and Giò Ponti in 1932. The Fontana Arte brand immediately became one of the most important protagonists of the environment domestic thanks also to the projects of Pietro Chiesa, Max Ingrand and Gae Aulenti who would later become true icons of the history of design: the Fontana table lamp, the Luminator floor lamp and the Tavolo con Ruote coffee table.

Fontana Arte's constant search for beauty and extreme attention to detail have given rise to collections in which aesthetics, functionality and high technology blend in a unique way, whilst remaining strongly linked to artisan tradition.
