The lamp’s rounded silhouette and matt surface give it the impression of having been cast. The designers have payed special attention to the details, emphasizing the gathering point between the cord and the lamp itself in a contemporary way. While the Bell Normann Copenhagen lamp in grey and sand feature a cord and fitting in contrasting colors, the fixture, cord and lampshade are kept in the same color in the black and white versions of the lamp. The tactile differences between the materials create a clean, minimalistic look.
