DRIADE free-standing bookcase VENUS

Venus Driade has been classified as a bookcase but a different point of view may regard Venus as the statue of a goddess. Both opinions are correct and interconnected. Venus is both things: art i.e. the possibility of enjoying its beauty, and function, an essential part of design. The designer Fabio Novembre draws his inspiraton from the wooden crates used by museums to transport statues and transforms them into graceful design objects.
