A multifunctional kitchen system that allows you to reduce the use of plastic, water and energy, provides filtered still and sparkling water, cold, hot and boiling, with different levels of customization and the possibility of memorizing up to 24 presets. A dispensing and filtration system that becomes the protagonist of the kitchen space, revolutionizing the way in which you interact with water: Vita Gessi incorporates hi-tech innovations unique on the market and combines technology with the aesthetics of simplicity, borrowed from the interactive interface of smart devices.

Objective: improving everyday life

The futuristic multifunctional digital system for the kitchen VITA Gessi™ has won the iF DESIGN AWARD 2023, in the Product/Kitchen Design category. The jury awarded Vita for its innovative multifunctional configuration and refined ergonomics, for the on-demand production of filtered water from room temperature, cold, sparkling, hot or boiling, for its different levels of customization and for the possibility of use at home or in the office. Also according to the jury: "Vita allows intuitive and direct control of various functions, thanks to the monitor integrated into the mixer. It is the first kitchen mixer with an innovative digital interface and easy to use".

The hi-tech water appliance that didn't exist

The new generation water appliance VITAGessi™ incorporates hi-tech innovations unique on the market, combining maximum functionality with the aesthetics of simplicity, borrowed from the interactive interface of smart devices, for a better user experience. The digital selector allows you to see the selected function in real time and the icons on the screen, through practical animations, have been designed with a user-friendly perspective, such as the litre counter: the display indicates the type of water selected and the quantity dispensed by showing the filling of the glass. To ensure maximum safety, the water filtration system manages the water dispensed, mains and filtered, through separate pipes from start to finish.

Hot unit

The hot unit, with a 5-litre boiler and resin filter, once installed, in addition to mains water, dispenses the following filtered water: water at room temperature, hot water resulting from a combination of water at room temperature and boiling water and boiling water up to 100 degrees. The hot unit is also equipped with an anti-flooding function: in the event of a water leak inside it, a sensor closes the solenoid valve.

Cold unit

The cold unit consists of a refrigerator-carbonator, a 640 gram CO2 cylinder and an activated carbon filter. Once installed, in addition to mains water, it supplies the following filtered waters: cold sparkling water with 3 levels of carbonation, water at room temperature, fresh water resulting from the combination of water at room temperature and cold and finally cold water. In addition to the monitor of the two units, it is also possible to view the status of the consumables through the display of the digital selector.
