Following the latest provisions communicated by the Government on Wednesday, Friday 24th April, 2020, in an attempt to contain the spread of COVID-19 and ensure the health and safety of everyone involved, including our employees, suppliers, logistics operators, and customers, we have decided to comply with the following, with regard to our operations during this unpredictable and unexpected period.
- - As the Government ordered that all non-essential retail businesses had to close their physical locations , we will be closed until further notice
- - Shipping of products that are already in our fulfillment centres will resume on May, 11th 2020 (unless otherwise specified)
- - The production of our suppliers, which is also considered non-essential, has been suspended until May 3rd. Therefore all orders and shipments resulting from their operation will result in some of our delivery promises being two weeks longer than usual
Pending decisions from local and global authorities to guide our actions, we will continue:
- - handling your orders regularly, arranging shipments for the first available date, and postponing them, if requested
- - guaranteeing our pre/after-sales Customer Service via email, and online/offline chat
